Charlene Hoffman

Charlene Hoffman

Co-Owner / Business Operations / Community Leader

Charlene started working with Larry when it first opened in 2003. Beginning in the role as bean-counter, and admittedly not a boot fitter (leaving that expertise to more capable hands) she evolved with the business operations as the organization evolved. Her business background started at the age of 26 she co-owned her first company, a software engineering company in Chicago. Upon its acquisition, she moved to Boulder in 1997 and worked for the world leader in the CAD/ CAM marketplace becoming the highest-ranking female executive at the firm.

Over the years of dabbling in various business leadership and ownership roles, she has stayed committed to Larry’s. Her “job during the ski season” is focused on Larry’s financial and business activities, and her year-round job is the CEO of Visit Boulder, the Convention and Visitors Bureau. She lives in Boulder with her husband Todd of 24 years and their three children, one of whom still works at Larry’s.
